We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Operations who thrives on building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence. What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily operations of multiple commercial accounts throughout Oklahoma.
• Coach, develop, and support Managers and Operations Supervisors.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Ensure quality standards, safety programs, and operational procedures are consistently executed.
• Oversee staffing, recruiting, employee development, and retention.
• Partner with the Business Development team on client presentations, site walks, and seamless account transitions.
• Monitor financial performance, labor efficiency, and account profitability while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of leadership experience in janitorial, facility services, hospitality, property management, or a related service industry.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and manage large client portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, and operational performance.
• Passion for developing people and building winning teams.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout Oklahoma.
