OUR STORY
Every business has a story. Ours began with a dream.
When Jimmy and Jennifer An immigrated to the United States, they arrived with little more than hope, determination, and a desire to create a better life for their family. With limited English and few resources, they picked up a mop and broom, working through long nights cleaning office buildings while believing that every shift brought them one step closer to the future they envisioned.
In 1992, that dream became UBM.
More than three decades later, that same determination lives on in every member of our team. Although UBM has grown into a trusted commercial janitorial partner serving millions of square feet across multiple states, we have never forgotten where we started—or the value of an honest day’s work.
Every evening, while most people are heading home, our teams are preparing workplaces for the next business day. We know that clean, healthy, and welcoming environments don’t happen by chance—they happen because of dedicated people who take pride in what they do.
