We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, leading teams, and solving problems before they become issues. If you’re organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Support the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial accounts.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Build strong relationships with clients through responsive communication and outstanding service.
• Assist with employee training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Help recruit, onboard, and retain janitorial staff.
• Respond to service requests, inspections, and emergency situations as needed.
• Work closely with the Project Management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in janitorial, facilities, hospitality, or operations management preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
